How I work

I am a product manager who builds. I run discovery myself, write the strategy, and prototype with AI tools rather than waiting for engineering capacity to test an idea. That means the spec I hand over has already met reality once.

Most of my work has been zero to one, usually inside a consultancy, which means walking into someone else's problem, earning the room, and leaving something the team can run without me. I have owned the executive relationship: leading the conversation, holding a recommendation, and defending the call.

I read numbers before opinions, I write the readout that says the variant lost, and I would rather kill my own idea at checkpoint one than defend it to checkpoint three.
